High resolution and high precision printing technology
enjet's proprietary printing technology surpasses the limits of conventional industrial printing equipment, achieving high-resolution and high-precision (<1μm) printing. By precisely controlling various factors, seamless dispensing of ultra high viscosity (<50,000cPs) materials at micrometer resolution can be achieved. The technology allows for precise position control and printing of femtoliter (micro-diameter) conductive ink tailored to microchip manufacturing processes. Single and multi (512) nozzle systems are available, in standalone systems (EHDison-H or eNanojet, e.g.) or as printheads for customized integration.

iEHD Dispenser
Dispensing via Electric Field & Fluid Control
High-viscosity, ultra-precision dispensing in areas beyond the capabilities of conventional dispensers. Additionally, applying an electric field prevents droplet (sputtering) formation and ensures reproducibility, enabling more stable dispensing. It allows ultra high viscosity (<100,000cPs) printing at high resolution (<100μm) while minimizing splashing phenomenon and ensuring small wet-out (keep-out zone). Available as printhead or standalone system (eNanojet, e.g.)

iEHD Coater
High-Viscosity Coating Solution
enjet's spray nozzle technology allows for fine spray coating of high-viscosity inks, significantly increasing the directionality of the liquid and reducing material consumption. It solves the bubble problem and ensures uniform flow rate control, enabling material savings up to 50%. Available in application-specific tools as part of the eNC series.
